Access to the website is generally free, excluding internet access charges imposed by a visitor’s provider. Users must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation.
Intellectual property
The Unmuted Sky name, identity, website design, text, photographs, illustrations, videos and Mission Kit materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited personal-use licence expressly granted in the Purchase Terms.
Aviation disclaimer
Mission Kit 2026/2027 is an independent educational resource. It is not an FAA, EASA or other aviation-authority publication; it is not a substitute for applicable regulations, an aircraft AFM/POH, approved checklists, current charts, NOTAMs, instructor guidance or sound pilot judgment. Operational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the pilot in command.
External links and availability
Links to Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, Skool, WhatsApp or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those providers control their own services and terms. We take reasonable steps to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will remain error-free.
How personal data is handled.
The data controller is UNMUTED SKY. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@unmutedsky.es with the subject “Privacy request”.
Data we may process
- Identity and contact data, such as name, email and billing details.
- Order data, including product, amount, currency, tax status, payment status and refund history.
- Messages, support requests and community-access information.
- Marketing preferences where consent has been given.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser, device and access logs.
- Advertising-measurement data, such as page visits, lead completion and checkout intent, only after marketing consent.
Payment-card credentials are entered into Shopify’s checkout and handled by Shopify and the payment providers shown there; Unmuted Sky does not receive complete card numbers or security codes.
Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: process the preorder, payment, delivery, support, community benefits and refunds.
- Legal obligations: accounting, tax, consumer-protection and record-keeping requirements.
- Legitimate interests: protect the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and improve essential operations.
- Consent: send optional marketing communications and activate Google Analytics measurement through Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel advertising measurement.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared only as needed with Shopify and checkout payment providers, website hosting and infrastructure providers, email-delivery and community providers, Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms when analytics and marketing consent is granted, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.
Retention
Order, invoice and transaction records are kept for the periods required by tax, commercial and consumer law. Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request and related claims. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the address becomes inactive. Security logs are retained only for a proportionate period.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.esor to another competent supervisory authority.
The service does not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Purchases must be made by an adult or with the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.
Mission Kit digital preorder.
These terms govern the preorder of Mission Kit 2026/2027 — Digital Editionthrough Unmuted Sky. The seller is UNMUTED SKY, operating under the Unmuted Sky trade name. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they can enter into a binding contract and accepts these terms.
Product and licence
The product is a downloadable PDF educational publication following one complete IFR mission in a Cessna 172 from KDSM to KSGF. One purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The file may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services, reproduced commercially or used to create a competing product.
Price, market and taxes
The preorder price and currency are localized according to the buyer’s country and the active Shopify Market. The price shown by Shopify at checkout is the final applicable market price. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed before final payment. The buyer is shown the total price before placing the order. There are no shipping charges because the product is digital.
Checkout and order confirmation
Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the payment methods made available there. An order becomes binding when payment is authorised and the buyer receives an order confirmation. Unmuted Sky may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, unlawful use or an unavailable payment method.
Preorder delivery
The planned release and digital-delivery date is September 30th, 2026. Delivery instructions and a secure download or access link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. The buyer is responsible for providing a working address and checking spam or filtering folders. A device with internet access and software capable of reading standard PDF files is required.
If a material delay becomes necessary, buyers will be informed by email and may cancel for a full refund before the revised delivery date. The countdown and promotional copy do not override the delivery and refund rights set out here.
Preorder benefits
Benefits advertised at the time of purchase may include private community access, member discounts, physical-edition discounts, merch access, priority announcements and community giveaways. Access remains subject to the applicable community rules, platform availability and lawful eligibility requirements. A refund ends access to benefits tied to that purchase.
Conformity and updates
The digital content will match its description and remain accessible for the period communicated at delivery. If it is defective or cannot be accessed, contact support so that access can be restored, a conforming copy supplied or another remedy provided as required by applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer’s country or state of residence. Consumer disputes may be brought before any court or authority competent under mandatory law; disputes involving business customers are submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless another forum is legally required.
A preorder should feel safe.
Before digital delivery
A buyer may cancel the preorder for a full refund at any time before Mission Kit 2026/2027 is digitally delivered. Send the order number and purchasing email to hello@unmutedsky.es.
After digital delivery
A cancellation request made within 14 days after delivery will be accepted where the buyer has not downloaded, opened or otherwise accessed the digital content. Once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed, voluntary withdrawal may end to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect remedies for defective, inaccessible or non-conforming content, nor any non-waivable consumer right.
Processing a refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally initiated within 10 business days. The buyer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Community access and purchase-linked benefits may be removed when a full refund is issued.
